RIV BEACH is starting to take take shape and is in the home stretch of it's completion. The drainage is done, borders are formed and concrete for the poles has been poured. Only thing missing is the sand which should be coming by the end of this week. This ain't no ordinary sand either. The sand will be trucked in from Ontario and is the same high quality grade as used in FIVB international events and the Olympics.
The reconstruction of RIV Beach and the addition to The Doon has been underway now for just over 4 months and both projects are close to being complete. The planned completion date of November 15 still seems to be on target which give us only 2-3 shorts weeks until usage of both could happen.
